Pupil Voice

At Jerounds, there is a whole-school commitment to listening to the views, wishes and experiences of all pupils. It means placing value on what children tell school staff about their experiences. Pupils' voices are heard through the Student Leadership Team, led by the Senior Advocates and comprising of Pupil Advocates, House Captains, Sports Captains, Digital Leaders, Music Captain and Art Captains, alongside the various councils pupils are part of across the school. This has led to increased pupil engagement, improved relationship between pupils and teachers and better communication between pupils and the school.
